Annual accounts and compliance

Our aim is to prepare the annual accounts within three months, so we can have a conversation about your financial situation in a timely manner, allowing you to focus on building or ensuring you know your tax liability.

Bookkeeping and Xero
We’re a Xero practice. If you’re already on it, we’ll tidy up how it’s configured and make sure it’s actually doing something useful for you. If you’re not on it yet, we’ll get you set up and train your team. It cuts bookkeeping time down and gives you a live picture of where your money is.
The trick is keeping on top of it by either doing the bookkeeping daily, weekly or monthly, depending on your business.
VAT returns
Whether you’re newly VAT registered or you’ve been filing for years and hate every quarter, we prepare and submit your returns. Not sure if you should even be VAT registered? We can advise on that too. It is also a great time to ask questions about your business as we will be reviewing it.
Management accounts and cashflow forecasting
Monthly or quarterly reports that tell you what’s happening financially, in plain terms. Where your cash is going, what’s coming in, and where the gaps might show up three months from now.
Payroll and auto-enrolment
We run payroll, handle RTI submissions, produce P60s and P11Ds, and manage your workplace pension obligations. One less thing to think about each month. Just remember to pay your staff and HMRC.
